We strictly adhere to a comprehensive home inspection checklist, evaluating each visible and readily accessible component before putting together a detailed inspection report for your review. That report will be sent to you within 24 hours of the completed home inspection, and inside it you will find thorough summaries describing the strengths and weaknesses that were identified in the home. As deemed necessary, we’ll attach photographs and videos taken during the inspection to make specific findings easier to understand. We also include access to the convenient Create Request List™ (CRL)™ feature by HomeGauge.
