About Alan
Alan Redburn is the owner and lead inspector at ARC Home Inspections, bringing a unique blend of construction knowledge, leadership experience, and customer-first mindset to every inspection.
Growing up in a family with a strong connection to building — his father spent over 26 years as a carpenter — Alan gained early exposure to the workmanship and structural integrity behind homes. Over time, he channeled that foundation into his own passions: remodeling houses and then becoming a home inspector, enabling him to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
Before founding ARC, Alan built a career in customer service and management. He eventually served as an HR Director and Leadership Developer at an architectural woodworking firm, giving him valuable insight into operational excellence, communication, and client care.
Today, as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®), Alan merges his technical understanding of home construction with his commitment to clarity, transparency, and thoroughness for homeowners and home buyers.

Outside of work, Alan is deeply rooted in his community and personal interests. He is active in his local church, enjoys gardening, and regularly helps friends and family with remodeling and maintenance projects. While traveling, he and his wife have a fondness for exploring charming bed & breakfasts.

Alan serves Mid-Missouri, including cities such as Cuba, St. James, Rolla, Jefferson City, Owensville, Union, Washington, St. Clair, and surrounding regions.
