Pre-Listing Inspection
Selling a home can be made easier when you have the property comprehensively inspected before the listing is published. Re-inspections
A re-inspection of your prospective home may be necessary if the seller of the property has agreed to the repair requests. Once the seller has responded to the requests and confirmed that they’ve been carried out successfully, we’ll return to the property one final time before you close on the transaction. We’ll be carefully looking over the state of repairs to confirm that they were done as requested and to ensure that you don’t have to worry about poor-quality repairs resulting in future issues.

Well Water Testing
Well water testing is essential to ensure the safety and quality of the water supply in your home. Our inspection includes taking a sample of water from the well, sending it to a lab for analysis, and checking the wellhead, pump and tank if present. Testing checks for contaminants such as bacteria, pesticides, and heavy metals. We also check for mineral content and pH levels to ensure the water is not too corrosive or hard. If any contaminants are found, we provide recommendations to address the issue and make the water safe for consumption. Trust us to ensure the safety of your water supply.
